• Crushed Ice
• Fresh Mint
• Black cherry Liqueur

Method

Another summer classic – this cocktail really brings back memories of Sundaes but without the heavy cream. The Limoncello is perfectly balanced by the Black Cherry Liqueur and complemented by the fresh mint.

Easy to make, take equal measures of Limoncello and Condessa Black Cherry Liqueur; add a handful of fresh mint; top with crushed ice and soda and shake. Top with that all important cherry!
