Condessa was founded by Richard Jones in Chester in 1969. The business moved to its current home in rural Anglesey in 1989, where our 5,400 sq. ft. liqueur factory and winery now produces a delicious range of award-winning fruit liqueurs and low-fat cream liqueurs.
Our innovation in fermentation techniques earned us the HBWTA Innovation Shield, and the methods developed during that time continue to shape the exceptional quality of our liqueurs today. From our six popular liqueurs to indulgent cocktail recipes, Condessa’s focus has always been on delivering superior flavour and craftsmanship. We’ve been honoured with many awards, including the Proven Fine Foods Great Taste Awards and the True Taste Awards for Wales, but the most rewarding feedback comes from our customers.
