How to pay:

1. By Pay Pal: Once you are transferred to the PayPal payment page, if you wish to pay without using or creating a PayPal account simply click on the continue button underneath “Don’t have a PayPal account” to pay by card. In some cases this is described as “Click here to create an account”, but you are still able to proceed through the payment process without creating an account. These options will always be on the left side of the payment screen.

Once you have made your payment please ensure you wait to be redirected back to our website to ensure there are no issues with the updating of your order status with our systems.

2. By Telephone: 

Call us on 01407 730021 to place your order and pay with credit/debit card.

Delivery:

Goods will be despatched to the address on your order as soon as possible following receipt of cleared payment. Express or overnight delivery may be available for credit or debit card orders placed by telephone at extra cost.

Good are dispatched Tuesday to Thursday. Any orders received after 9am on a Thursday, will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Guarantee, Non-Delivery, Ownership, Complaints and Refunds.

We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your order. If you have any cause for complaint or concern, please contact Anglesey Spirit Co. either by email to:  [email protected] or by post to:  Anglesey Spirit Co., Bryn Maethlu, Llanfaethlu, Anglesey LL65 4NW within 7 days from receipt of your order, or within 14 days from your order date in the case of non-delivery.

Anglesey Spirit Co. shall not be liable for any consequential loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty or any other cause.

Liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the goods supplied.  Anglesey Spirit Co. retains ownership of goods until they are paid for in full.   This section is in addition to your statutory rights.

Delivery of goods to U.K. mainland only.

Delivery Policy

  • We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
  • The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
  • We reserve the right not to accept any order.
  • All goods are offered subject to availability.
  • Delivery – We normally guarantee delivery within five days of your order except where indicated. However, during peak periods this may be extended.  We work with a courier network. The courier will leave your order in a safe place if specified with your order if they are unable to successfully deliver. We deliver to the UK Mainland only.

Privacy Policy

We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement for any products that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Guarantee, Non-Delivery, Ownership, Complaints and refunds. Legal Notice

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase or try to purchase alcohol.  It is also illegal for anyone to purchase or try to purchase alcohol for consumption by anyone under the age of 18.  By placing this order with Anglesey Spirit Co. you are agreeing to all these terms and that you are 18 years of age or over.
